The Path of the Pumpkin is the prequel of the freeware italian graphic adventure Space Hunter. The interface is in the classic "Sierra style", with the pop-up inventory in the middle of the screen and the icon bar with the basic interaction: talk, interact and look on the top.

STORY

Skar the Pumpkin and his assistant Mr.FeeFee, are two well-know detectives fro Treshopolis. One day, their dreary routine is shattered by an out-of-the-ordinary mission, that will take them on a hunt for a girl who as be kidnapped and forced to marry against her will. The two "detectives" have to do their utmost, in order to bring the case to a conclusion, but... this is only the beginning of something much bigger and much more involved!

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

CRASH AND FREEZE

If the game have problem after push New Game button, open the winsetup file and change the graphic filter or graphic card option.

If the game don't run or freezee change the resolution instead a window in the winsetup file.

SAVEGAME PROBLEM

In computer with non latin characters (russian, greek, japanese..) the game can't find the correct path of the savegames and they can't be loaded in-game. For resolve this problem right-click on the .exe of the game, choose proprieties, compatibility and set the .exe to run in compatibility mode for windows 98, apply. Now the game find the savegames.

CHANGE LANGUAGE

Use the winsetup file for switch to "default language"(italian) to "english translation".

NOTE If you have a blackscreen at the beginning of the game open the winsetup file and try a different graphic filter (probably 32 bit work) or graphic driver.

VERSIONE NON DOPPIATA

NOTE Se dopo aver cliccato su nuovo gioco il filmato iniziale non appare, chiudete il gioco e aprite il file winsetup, scegliete un opzione in graphic filter (probabilmente una di quelle 32 bit dovrebbe funzionare) o cambiate l'opzione graphic card.
